Unable to retrieve the ALV Export Dialog Box

I am unable to activate the ALV Export dialog box for selecting

spreadsheet.When I export from an ALV fullscreen grid or an ALV grid in

a spreadsheet format by calling the menu or choosing the relevant

button, and select the radio button "Excel (in MHTML Format)" or "Star

Office (in ODS Format 1.0)" and choose the indicator "always use

selected format". However, if we want to change the option we are

unable to activate the ALV export dialog box. As per help.sap.com, I

have tried to click on spread sheet in the context menu, but this

didn't help either. Despite following the instructions given, I am

unable see the the ALV Export dialog box.

Hello. Check SALV_BS_ADMIN table (where M_USER is your login user) in the sap system where you select this. Read the Note 1080608 - Defining ABAP ALV export format for spreadsheet

About report SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN.

Go to se 38 --> SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN -->Report for Maintenance of ALV control data

press "execute" (or f8) --> you will see table in this table are users who has selected this

"always use ..." find your USER , select him and press delete(f7) , after this you will see export dialog.
