Hello Vijay,
SAP R/3 is SAP's integrated software solution for client/server
and distributed open systems.
SAP's R/3 is the world's most-used standard business software for client/server computing.
where as SAP Net Weaver in simple words is an application and Integration platform in which Web Services play a major role and which is open for Non-SAP applications and platform.
For example, If you want to connect SAP to Java or to Dotnet or whichever language,
you will be having connectors/adapters to have a provision for that.
Hope this helps

Does this specifically relate to security in any way?
Please see the short but very usefull information in [the rules|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/home/rulesofEngagement] on how to ask questions, including a carefull selection of the forum (without cross-posting it).
