Hello,

I am in SAP implementation CRM 2007, and need to know how I can add in the Work center page a content blocks with hyperlinks (customizing own of the client). It is posible?

Hello Doris,

This is certainly possible and a quite common demand by customers. However, explaining this here is a little bit too difficult and elaborate. Please check the RKT and the best practices:

help.sap.com/rkt --> Look for CRM2007, there are a bunch of cookbooks and tutorials explaining step by step how to achieve this.

You do need an OSS id in order to access that information.
