WS14000075 - Error in Change PO approval

Hi,

We are on SRM 5.0 (Server 5.5) with SP 11 and the back end is ECC 6.0. Scenario is Extended Classic. Activated WS14000075 ( standard, nothing added) for events SAVED and CHANGEVERSIONSAVED. It works ok when PO is created. When the PO changed we are getting the following error.

Set Excluded Agents

Set Approval Status to 'Approved'

Update Purchase Order After Approval/Rejection 1042 WS14000077

Check Approval Status

Set Status of Purchase Order to Released 1043 TS14007956

Detail error message at workitem ID 1043

Work item 000000001043: Object BUS2201 method SETRELEASED cannot be executed

Message no. WL821

Diagnosis

The calling of the object method for the work item ended with a return value for which no handling is modeled in the workflow.

System Response

The work item was forced into the error status.

Refer to your workflow system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

Also check the binding between the task container and the method container.

Checked Note 962488, 981295.

Any help to resolve this error will be appreciated and rewarded.

Hi,

I usually get the error when document is locked by other user. After restarting workflow, the status was updated. Please check whether you get same error after restart in SWPR transaction.

I fixed the problem thru changing the start conditions. It is ok now. Thanks folks !!
