RPTARQEMAIL going to multiple recipients

We use the LEA Req setup in our portal, and are running into an issue in which the following occurs.

A. Requestor sends a leave request to one approver

B. RPTARQEMAIL (via SCOT) sends email to approver notifying him/her about a request that needs to be approved, but it also goes to another approver within that org unit.

Is this normal? All we want is for that email to go to that approver and only that approver.....

1. You may check for your org structure .

2. check the workflow if any such condition is maintained in the workflow.

Delegation must be switched on in sbwp.check there.

When u run PTARQ keep the Log Display open and then check

The email being used is external (Outlook), so would a switch in SBWP having anything to do with this issue?

In addition, this multiple-recipient email is not consistently occuring. In fact, I believe it's only happened once or twice.

We have the same issue RPTARQEMAIL send e-mail's to multiple address , did you solve the problem ? Can you share the solution . Thank you .

Check the settings for RPTARQEMAIL... Selection of the radio button 'With All Documents' will ensure that individual mails are sent to each requestor... (Remember that the load on the mail server is increased by selecting this option)
