ODBC Problem

Former Member

I have created a ODBC to a ISM UniData database. The connection works fine if I use MS Excel or Access but crashes CR2008 everytime I try to connect. It throws an eroor with crw32.exe and shuts down the application. Since support is non-existent with SAP I am hoping another user has an idea. Thanks.

Hi Mark

Please let us know the following information:

1) Exact version and type of the database.

2) Exact version of Crystal Reports.

3) Are you able to refresh a report using other connection type like OLEDB or Native without any issue?

Thanks

Hi Mark,

We need to turn off DEP.

Crystal Reports are not supported on dual monitor.

I would suggest you to try on primary computer.

Hope that helps!!

Shweta
