SAP Solution manager 4.0 training materials

Hi Experts

Did anyone has an SAP Solution Manager 4.0/7.0 ebook or training materials available? I am looking to take the certification exam and I am looking for the SMI310. I will really appreciate if anyone could sent it to me under blaisecheuteu(at)live(dot)de.

By the way I bought the Solution manager book from Schäfer and Melich...Is that sufficient to master the exam?
