Moderators recently noticed some incorrect actions on the forum like duplicated questions, postings in wrong categories, postings with product key code information, etc.

To make our forum more effective we would like to remind you, before posting your question, to please:

2. Make sure Crystal reports Design is the right category for your question.

3. Search the current (Crystal Reports Design) forum for an answer or a solution.

There is a forum "Integration Kits - SAP" under "Business Objects" category. It handles Crystal Reports with SAP Integrations Kit questions as well.

This forum section is too big and has too many threads, IMO.

Why not break this forum section into more subsections, such as

Layout/Design

Formulas / Formula Editor

Cross tabs

etc

It would eliminate many duplicate entries and allow for a better number of replies.

I totally agree with Alex.

With over 11,600 threads this forum is really "heavy".

A few more categories would reduce the efford for searching and rise the effectiveness.

This applies to a few more categories by the way.

Nevertheless I'm also happy about the quit good support in this board.

So sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum... I am extremely glad to have found a Crystal Reports forum at all on this huge Business objects/SAP website. What a nightmare from what it used to be to find information needed for utilizing Crystal Reports and Visual Studio versions. It's like Crystal Reports got swallowed by a big whale called SAP and it is difficult to locate specific information, and I don't mean sales pitch stuff.
