PM and OM support issue with the probable

PM personnel management : here u can get issues related to creation of a infotype and some time they may have problem with the data and the requirements of the client may change and as a support consultant u have to make sure abt the mapping of that requirement

OM Organisational management deals with the psotions and jobs and reporting structures mainly the issues raises in ther reporting so check with that some times with the realtionshiops check with that useing tcode PP01

What ever there in SDN are not well arranged.
