Survey Suite @ CRM 2007

Hello Experts!

I've sent a survey for all the customers included in the target group.

How can I see all responses arrived??

In CRM 5.0 the transaction crm_survey_suite was used to see all responses.

Now, in CRM 2007, where can I find the responses?

Well you gave the answer yourself... It's still transaction crm_survey_suite, SAP did not (yet?) create a specific WebUI for the survey suite.

I can not believe that we'll continue using SAP GUI to analyse the responses arrived. Why SAP did not think about it?!?!?!

Anyway... I still have problems!

I've configurated all steps of a survey email campaign using WEB_UI interface.

The responses arrived are associated to an activity and I can see indivudually the answered survey (WEB_UI interface).

When I search all the responses arrived in my survey on crm_survey_suite, the responses are not there!

What should be wrong???

Hello Nivea,

For that particular survey in suite have you checked both teh options for BW evaluation and BSP scenario.

Please check reactivate reattach and check.

Right, it is still crm_survey_suite.
