Downloads - How to add it to the computer

Hi There.

Once we get to the link from Busines Objects Software Download, and see the zip file. How do we actually add it to the computer? I double click to open, then a box appears with files. Then what??

I am from SAP Active Global Support, requesting info, to be able to assist customers.

Hi Joni,

When we download any files from Business objects and we are unable to open or identify the files to open them it is suggested to have WinZip installed on our machine.

1.We can free versions of Win Zip form our Google Search and install them on our machine.

2.When we try to open and save them it would prompt you to save them on the Destination location where we want to save it locally.

3.When we click on Extract button or Right click on the down loaded .zip file or .rar file extension you could see extract here and the folder will be created on the same location where the file is downloaded.

Hi..

It means, it is trying to open the downloaded zip file. Please extract these files into a specified location where you want to install the software and double click on setup.exe file to install the downloaded software.
