Hello Rakesh,
All the T Codes are used to create customer master records.
Only the variation is authorization.
XD01 u2013 You can create customer master records centrally. Central access where you can upload the data related to SD side and FI side.
VD01 - Exclusively used by SD Consultants to create customer master records. Where you can enter the data related to only SD side.
FD01 - Exclusively used by FI Consultants to create customer master records. Where you can enter the data related to only FI side.
Feel free to ask me if you need more clarifications.
Regards,
Vamsi

Hi
XD01 is CMR withGeneral data, company code data and sales area data
VD01 is CMR with withGeneral data, and sales area data
FD01 IS CMR with only company code data
Your Post of if different payment terms if maintained in company code tab and sales area tab of which one will take priority was only answered today by lot of experts
Your qn of item category group Vs general item category group has been discussed so many times in this forum and search for it
From S.D pt of view only item category group is important not general item category group

Raja
