Forms for Print, Fax, Email and PDF Output

Hello,

I have a requirement where the Custom Smart Form along with the Custom Driver Program should be able to be Printed, Faxed, Emailed and Saved in a PDF Format.

Now, while configuring the Output Type in NACE, would it be sufficient to Configure the Output Type with 1 Program Name and 1 Form Name for all the above options or am I required to Design a Different Form for PDF Output?

If PDF Output is Required, then would it be sufficient for me to add the Logic in my Driver Program with the CONVERT_OTF... FM to generate PDF Output? Please let me know.

Hi,

-->No separate form is required for PDF output. You can use same form

--> Yes the convert_OTF logic should suffice the requirement

Hi ,

can you please tell me the config steps that i need to follow for issuing orderconfirmation through fax,email and send the same in PDF attachemnt. that are carried from Functional,technical and basis setups.
