Hi gurus,

In cah sales & rush order both liable for immediate delivery.

and what is my question

Are these both special sales orders will be going through the availability check while confirming the item quantity or not ,and how it happens.explain?

Hi

Yes, availability check happens in these cases also. The delivery takes place in the background only if the schedule lines are confirmed for the current date. If it fails to confirm the quantity for today then delivery will not be created.

Hello Pavan,

Yes, availability checks in this business process too. The delivery takes place in the background only if the schedule lines are confirmed for the current date. If it fails to confirm the quantity for today then delivery will not be created.

As a special case for cash sales system always have a reserved stock which this stock will not be considered for normal business. Hence for cash sales systems checks the reserved stock as well before confirming the schedule lines.

Hence this process is against cash its having high probability of confirming the goods as on requested by the customer.

Hi,

This depends on how the schedule line category is configured.

For cash sales and rush order, normally the sales orders will go through availability check. For the schedule line category, you can check the configuration in transaction VOV6.
