Express document - update terminated

Hi All,

I am trying to create a billing document in VF04 and it initially works fine but after a minute or two it sends us the error Express document - Update was terminated. On doing sm13 we figured out that its failing in RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE .

Has anyone come across before this to help me out or give some pointers ?

Hi,

When you go to SM13, select the RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE and then press ctrlshiftF6 then you will see the update data tables. Then you select the tables and check the log details. Then you will be able to understand the reason for IUR { interupted update report } generated in this VF04 transaction.

Solution for this would be delete the IUR if no billing documents were generated and keep ths IUR for audit purpose if billing documents are generated.
