I am unable to access at all this morning, for almost 3 hours now, and I've tried from 2 separate networks so I'm very sure it's not on my side. This is the third time in the 6 months we've used that we've had to deal with unscheduled service outages. We have operational reports that need to be run at certain times every single day; these outages have a serious impact on our business.
