Sales order not allow to make-to-order

Description: sales order entered is not included in make-to-order production.

I have taken ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT CAT: E(make to order).these assigned to requirement class:40.these assigned to requirement type, this assigned to strategy grp and MRP group,this assigned to material master. Requirement type also assigned to sales order item.

In the VA01 sales order created and costed cost and saved then while creating CO08, Is showing error u201C sales order not allowed to make to order

Hi sowmya ,

Check whether sale order is created as std order ZOR ( order type ) and in material master item cat is maintained NORM .

Check your controling area and tick the sales order in Activate component/Control indicators
