Double Records

Hello

When we are loading data from DSO to CUBE the number of records loading to CUBE are doubled. Like if we are have 2 records pertaining to a particular Sold-to-Party we are getting 4 records for the same in the CUBE. It is happening in Update Rules, we have routines for Currency and UOM.

Can someone explain where this is happening and what can be done to rectify this?

When report is run we are getting double lines for the same record.

Hi,

this can have some reasons.

One is that for each record you post to a ods, the system will build a before image and a after image which is going to the cube then ( in terms of delta). Another reason might be some coding in the update rules to the cube where you might create some additional records due to whatever reason.

Can you post the code in your update rules?

My first guess is that you are appending some records in your start/end routine or update rules.
