Hello, I would like to copy the component IUICMD to a ZIUICMD. The only option that I found is create a new component. Could you help me ???, please.

Not sure if it will be still usefull, perhaps for others. If you need only to enhance the current component IUICMD and you do not need a new second component then you can create an enhancement set in the transaction: SM34, View Cluster: BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT then I assigned it to the client 800 in theransaction: SM30, View: BSPWDV_EHSET_ASG. After that you create an enhancement in BSP_WD_CMPWB. It worked for me in CRM2007 where I added DDLBs (picklists) for some fields.
