PO change Output

Hi,

where can i find the code which is written against form routine 3

This is maintained in transaction OMFS for PO changes

This routine no 3 calls for text from table t166t. I have a issue when all the PO line items are deleted, no output is generated & i am getting the message ME140 - No print relevant output exists.

I need to transmit the vendor that the PO has been cancelled. In other scenarios, my change output type is working fine.

Please guide
