KM anonymous access

Hi,

I am facing a - basic - problem : I have an HTML page in a KM repository.

I put the permission "Full control" to the Anonymous group and Guest users in the HTML object permissions.

When I open a new window and copy paste the entire HTML object address I still need to login, what am I missing ?

By the way, I am in SP16.

Hi Fabien,

You need to set the AuthScheme for the docs iView to anonymous. See https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/837898

It's the same!!! If you have configured the /irj/go/... URLs, the access URL of a document in KM is built with this path, and that means the access always happens via the PCD and not via the component (com.sap.km.cm.navigation) directly!

If it doesn't work, you must have done something wrong... (use group "Everyone" within the ACLs, that's the easiest way not to restrict the ACL).
