Hi All,

Present we are using CRM 2.0 B.

Is it possible to configure the CCMS to this?

How can we use CCMS to monitor the SAP standard transaction codes?

Hi,

Yes it is possible - you will have to use SAPCM3X agents to monitor these systems from CCMS.

Hi,

You will get all the documentation in the SAP Service Marketplace at:

http://service.sap.com/monitoring

Basically, you will have to configure your SAP Central System to monitor these and then install the agents in the satellite systems.

you need to download and install the agent on the CRM system.If you use solman then register the agent with solman.

Hi,

For installing/registering CCMS Agent (CCM3x, CCM4x, CCMSR etc),you can refer to the below provided link.

After installing any CCMS Agent, you can check(or monitor) for Availability & Performance specific data using T Code RZ20.

Also T Code RZ21 can be used to configure the Monitoring : methods & properties .
