Archiving FI_DOCUMNT

Dear Friends

I am executing the archiving process with the FI_DOCUMNT object.

Before the start the Archiving process, I executed a analysis of the tables BSEG, BSIS, BSAS, BKPK, RFBLG and the result was the following:

BSEG

2002 - 4,470,881

The results of the Archiving process was the following:

Document Archived : 102,149

Document has open items : 116

When I executed again the analysis, the result was the following:

BSEG

2002 - 4,135,293

Now when search the document archived from FB03 transaction, this show me the details of the document, however this shouldn't show me this information.

Hi Luis,

With respect to BSEG table > Reason could be that these FI documents can be with in the residence period. Residence period will be calculated for the posting date.

Coming to BSAS, BSAD, BSAK are the secondary index so you have to execute postprocessing program to delete these data.

Transaction FB03 > will also display the archived FI document that is the reason you are able to see these archived document.
