Hi
We would like to restrict user access to customer accounts for all transactions. In FI this is possible thru authzn object F_KNA1_BED and authzn group in customer master.
However this is not working for SD related transactions. Kindly provide suggestions
Thanks and Regards
Hi
Instead of hoing all such complexive solution why don'tu go for Varriant Transaction for that customer and set the restriction for that particular field or screen under that.
Tx Code :- SHDO
thanks

Hi Rajesh
Thanks for the suggn. We tried to maintain V in F_KNA1_APP and maintained a authzn group in custome rmaster for a sales area. This authzn grp was incl in PFCG under V_KNA1_BRG
Still in VA01 user is allwd to post to this customer. Kindly suggest
Thanks and Regards

Hi,
You can control this through same authorisation object
Authorization object F_KNA1_APP with diffrent value for field
APPKZ and ACTVT.
In authorisation object if APPKZ is *, for A and ACTVT 03 then he is authorised to use XD03.
In authorisation object if APPKZ is t V and ACTVT 02 then he is authorised for VD01/02/03.
If resolved , pl communicate.

Hi
Also try with SD in the place of V. Certain authorisation objects have SD.
Thanks,
Ravi
