PPOME Action Reason

Is there any way to enter action reason on trancastion PPOME? We are able to enter reason code for leaving or being transferring in PA40 but if we do our changes with PPOME we can not enter any info like this. Or is there a way to create automatic personal action line in table after PPOME? I see REASN field in HRP1001 but i don't know what is this really.

Hi,

Can you tell me to which country you are supporting.

In My view The menioned REASN filed is only for GERMAN.

I don't think we can maintain the reason in PPOME.
