Hello,
Max document value field is not working in automatic credit management, all the other checks are working fine. Though the document value is more than the value specified in the MAX Doc Value in OVA8.

In OVA8 - is the field Document value ticked? right next to that is the field Reaction filled? After that field Status/Block did you tick it?

Its not doing anything though the three checks r done in OVA8.

Have you maintained the "B" or "D" in reaction field? if not then maintain it.
