Report which shows the PO's with Exception for a Project

Dear Friends,

1Q) I want to see all the PO's for a project w.r.t Exceptional status (which is there in Pro-Man)

i.e, all the PO's for which this status is RED (either partially delierved or has to be delivered)

2Q: how can we filter the PO's which are assigned to a project on priority bases, all the PO'S which needs immediat action

Please suggest me in this regard,

Use ME2J, use Status tab to filter the Projects as per you requirement (You need to create Selection profiles first through Tcode BS42). You can use different parameters to filter your PO's. i.e. Plant,Material, Vendor etc.
