I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE MESSAGE IT COMES OUT WHEN I WANT TO GET AN OFFER (DEFAULT, ANYTIME WHATEVER ).

WHICH INFOTYPE, PLACE, WAHTEVER HAVE I TO CORRECT?

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IN INFOTYPE 0171 I'VE ALREADY PUT AN ENTRY...

Hi,

The employee in question would also need a valid record within IT 0378 - Adjustment Reasons.

Once this has been maintained, you will be able to proceed with enrolment via transaction code HRBEN0001

So, must I have ALL my employees with a record in Infotype 0378 just like the Infotype 0171?

I thought that through customizing my employee could take the appropriate offer... automatically.
