Employee Subgroup Entry not found in table T503

Dear Consultant,

I have Created EG = 5 (Contracted Worker) & Assigned ESG = X1 to it. Still while assigning 5 & X1 to a new joinee. system says, "No entry in table T503 for 5X1". what could be the reason?

the employee attribute V_503_C for contract worker

u can also check V_503_ALL as our member dliek has given

Hi,

In SM31 V_503_ALL check whether there are all of the EG-ESG combinations for the country grouping of the new joinee (check his/her company code).

Please check whether you have assigned the EG and ESG to Country grouping in table T503z.
