excise information for business partner issue

Dear all,

when am entering excise information ECC No for all my business partners both customers and vendor and supplier.

but In address tab contains excise information only for vendors and suppliers.

but for customer it doesnt contain excise inofrmation

what will be the problem

Excise Information is available for both Customers and Vendors.

For Customers, it is available at the ' Ship to' Address

For Vendors, it is available at the 'Pay To' Address
