Dear Exert,

My client want to implement project stock with warehouse management.

I just test and when i create Transfer order, i got this error message :

Data for storage type search is not defined (E NEW Q)

Message no. L3007

Diagnosis

Information on the storage type search has not been defined.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator. Note down the values that are within parentheses in the error message.

It was caused by Information on the storage type search has not been defined.

I just currios how it can be.Storage type is 902 (GR to STo) and i event not find any thing to set in SPRO for project stock related to storage type.

Please anyone who can solved my problem, i really appreciate.

Hi

in Stor.ty.search you should define for special stock Q then only you can post the TO other wise you can do it manualy when you Create the TO you should enter teh Q stock.

I have another question, when i see stock WM overview there is always stock in interim storage type (902, 910, 911, 914... 998, 999). why and what is means?

There is a Open Transfer Order to Confirm into the Bin.

Hi Kumar,

So i have to create TO to make into (+).

The stock are display like this :

Total Quantity : 0 EA

available stock

202 Main WH

Plant Storage 9

Total 202 9

902 Stock Transfer (plant)

Plnt storage -9

Total 902 -9

Total 0

So, it supposed to be i have 18 EA for this materials, right?

While in Inventory management, i just found stock is exist for 9 EA.

Please help.
