Info IDoc received with status 8.

I am recieving a message

Info IDoc received with status 8.

No problems with this as there is no data in the R/3 system so no data was recieved by BIW

What i want now is that the status should turn green. After the time out time the status turns red

Let me know what could be the solution for this

Hi Akshay,

The problem might be with the customizing settings for the monitor. In the monitor with a request selected goto the menu option

'settings' > 'evaluation of requests (traffic lights) , on the next screen there is an option 'if no data is available in the system..

the request'...the option 'status successful' should be flagged if you want the request to go Green when there is no data loaded

by the request.

I believe your your solution is request specific

I want this to happen every time such an instance occurs automatically without my intervention

If you make this change from the monitor then it is global for all loads. Have you tested the solution?
