How to allocate the workflow to the action defnitions in solution manager

Hi,

we are having solution manager with the CHARM configured, and currently we are looking for the trigger of mail and workitem for change of action. the work flow is designed for that, but how to assign the workflow to the condition and processing type .Though i'm assiging the processing type as workflow nad give the workflow template , its nt triggering the workflow ..please help in this regard .

please suggest, points are definetly awarded.

Hi,

First define status profile -> Define Action -> define condition for the action.

Then assign all three of them to transaction type say SDCR.

Check if the workflow basic configurations are done in SWU3

hi ,

thanks for the response ..

i have done those configuration , i have taken processing trype as workflow .. and assigned a workflow template , but the problem is workflow is not triggering for that condition , whereas smartform is triggering ,

please suggest me for any configuration or any point i'm missing .
