can not delete sales order

Dear Gurus,

I had created some sales orders in R/3 and they were visible in elements tab in the product view. Now after deleting them from R3, they are not there in elements tab but same order quantity can be seen in the ATP tab. I am not able to delete them from ATP tab.

Due to this, system is creating additional unwanted sales order.

Kindly suggest if there is a way to delete sales orders from ATP tab.

Hi Nitesh,

use /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL but the third tab Delete ALL DB Sales Order Data option - Delete All Orders - this will delete all ATP orders which are remaining.

Remove the Product from integration model of sales order and than /SAPAPO/CCR report and delete the order in APO in the CCR result.

Also you can try report :/SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER,/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE,/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21, and /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL

Start with report :/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE.

Also check if there is ant TQA in tcode : /SAPAPO/AC06 by product and plant , please delete it .

Hello Nitesh,

You should be able to delete this order using the report /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS .

You need to find the GUID of this order to delete that using the above report.

Hi Nitesh,

You can try running the report /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT3.

Select Partner system as R/3 system, product code, plant code and check sales order.

This report ensures that both the R/3 & the APO are in sync and will remove APO order if the sales order is deleted in R/3.

Hi Nitesh,

you can delete the orders by using the /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS program.

If the ATP category is not standard the CCR and the /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 report do not see the inconcistencies.
