Portal iView Activity Report Problem

Hello, we work with EP 7.00 SP15.

We have annual statistics like this "Portal Activity Report - Number of Users Who Logged On". For the iView , the reporting period is a fixed period, for example start date 01-01-2008 and end date 23-09-2008, if interval is weekly or less there is no problems, all values are showed, but if interval is monthly or higher, we only see values until April, May and more are all zero values.

Seems to be a bug as you are able to see report for the range start date 16-09-2008 and end date 23-09-2008. But if the report is not appearing for the period start date 01-01-2008 and end date 23-09-2008 then it could be due to lot of records being retrieved. Check out the same period in DEV this iView may work if the day to activity is less compared to PRD

That's Ok.

In DEV (EPD for me) there is no problem, low numeber of user are show (no more than 1000).

But in PRD (EPP for me), for example, in feb 2008 monthly period, there is over 118.000 users who logged on, but in ago 2008 monthly period is 0 user, and if you change period to weekly, show 1st week 25000 users, 2nd 12000, 3th 11000 and 4th 16000, adding those datas are 64000 less than 118.000 of Febrary, so I'm affraid there is another problem more.

Hello, our system is EP 7.0 SP17. We have problems with report 'Number of users who logged on'

we solved a dayly problem deleting duplicate datas for timestamphour = 'h', but we continue with problems for anual datas with monthly period, only datas for January, Febrary and March appears ¿when aggregator insert datas in wcr_userstat table, with 'm' aggregationlevel?

I activated log for all level as say in note 1054145, but a lot of datas are showed. I need to know when activate all level in logs to see what is happening at 'm' aggregation level, if duplicate occurs or it's another problem.

Hi,

Check the SAP Note No. 998653 if you find any fix that is resembles to your problem try to apply

Ok, I see notes and download zip file with latest version of the portal activity report tool, we use nw04s - ep 7 sp15, so I only need the file 700_SDA.zip, in note 1084379 say that contains 2 SDA files, but when I open zip file only com.sap.portal.activiryreport.sda file exist, but I couldn´t see com.sap.portal.activityreport.db.sda

Another question is, we have a test environment (EPD) and a productive environment (EPP), in both environment we have the same versions of components (see you below), and we have report problem only in EPP, so I'm affraid that version of components are not the origin of problems.
