In SBWP, Our users keeping their mail items for a long time that cause
more memory space in our database.
To avoid this, I want to clear all user's mail items both (Read and
Unread with attachments if any) which are available in the Inbox,
Resubmission, Private, Outbox, Shared Folders & Trash folder automatically.
I want to perform this task periodically (like every 10 days) in a
particular client.
Kindly help me on this issue.
Hi,
Go to se38
Enter program name "RSSO_DELETE_PRIVATE" and press F8
Now select appropriate users name.
Also select inbox and save above thing as a variant.
Don't forget the remove tick from test mode.
Now schedule a periodic job using the above variant and program.
It will clean up all the users inbox data.

Hi,
A word of caution here in this endeavour. Users may object this if you unilaterally delete the old mails. It is better, by sending the message at the time of login to the system, requesting them to clean up their mail box. Thereby we could able to solve 50% of the problem.
Trust this helps to some extent!
