PO price based on purity

hi experts,

I have raised a PO for qty of 100 nos of ROH materials type.

I have received 100 nos but the purity is not 100 % . for example 80%.

I have to pay to the vendor for 80% of purity only.

We can amend the PO price befor GR.

Kindly advice is there any other possibility in SAP

HI,

Create the varient for 100%, 80% (by creating characteristic & class etc) or create the 2 different materials with 100% purity and 80% purity give the Po for both items. After goods receipt you can change in PO for recipt material and remaining make 0 qty.

You can handle this through split valuation also.

Hi,

create a material and in the additional data maintain alternative uom as 1AU = 1EA

Info record maintain gau1 condition type and a price

create cond records for GAU2 with 1 day val period i.e. today's price and tommorrows price as seperate conditions.( maintain diffrent prices)

while doing migo the price will change according to the date of GR which is fetched from the GAU2 condition type...

Pricing can as well be updated with applicable condirions.

Based yourselves for instance on cond type working with GAU gold value to create the purity.

Then make sure to revaluate the pricing at good receipt.

Price control in the PO.

Dear,

You have to change PO before good receipt, because if once good receipt is created then GR/IR of material is updated with 100%.

So please first change po then create MIGO and MIRO.
