Please explain which fields needs to be filled in oChart of Accounts Template.

I have uploaded this template . But it is saying error"The field is too small to accept the Data".
You have filled up a column in DTW which is larger than it
size,Check & find out in DTW template.

It really depends on whether the COA is segmented or not.
I would suggest you install SDK and refer to the SDK help file and it will give you the column description, values, types and which fields are mandatory.
Further more, if you refer to the DTW templates, they will also have an example of COA import. You can fill an COA with the columns names below.
Code AccountType AcctCurrency ActiveAccount CashAccount FatherAccountKey FormatCode LockManualTransaction Name
It really does depend on the scale of detail you would like the COA to be.
