Price analysis is not activated

Hi,

I want to activate the price analysis for analyis purposes by SAP support and I have corrected the parameter enable.priceAnalysis (uidata) to true (SAP message 1005377) in our XCM scenario of our web application. But the SAP means, that the price analysis is not activated yet. Which I must do, in order to activate the price analysis?

hi,

you should be able to click at the prices in the basket, a Popup should open and show the prices.

Did you restart your ECO application after changing the XCM (I think you did)?

Hi,

Certainly, I have restarted our ECO application (CRM + J2EE Server), but the SAP support can not execute the price analysis. Is it still necessary to make additional settings in our XCM application?

Hello Friend,

i think under xcm settings for your scenario the setting "ForceIPCPricing" under the component "basketdata" has not been set to true, and this is applicable if you are using IPC pricing.

I am also having the same issue...

I have done XCM settings and restarted the server... still the pricing analysis is not activated.
