Transport is stucked while moving

I am moving a transport from QA to PROD which has been sitting since around 6 hours,the status is just "in process".

Hi,

We have RDDIMPDP background job is executing fine.

However we do not have direct access to client 000.

The error message in the TP log is as follows.

ERROR:The following call returned with exit code 7:

ERROR: sapevt.exe SAP_TRIGGER_RDDIMPDP -t name=PRD

ERROR: Background jobs cannot be started.

ERROR: Please check trace file dev_evt.
