BPM startting with two IDoc Types

Former Member

Hi All!!

I have designed a BPM starting with two IDocs (MATMAS05 y CLFMAS02). Is designed with two start process in a switch. When one comes, wait a minute for the other. I'm not sure what IDoc comes first to the process, the I can lose data.

Somebody has any idea tto encapsulate the infornmation of the 2 IDocs without a ZIDoc?

Thanks and regards,

Manuel Míguez.

scenario like described here:

Hi Patrick,

This is similar to my scenario, with the difference that in my case, could come only one IDoc, then I put a timeout of 1 minute for waiting the second IDoc. On the deadline branch is processed the IDoc that has come.

Thanks and regards,

Manuel

Hi,

so your problem is that you don't know if both IDocs are coming or not?

If yes -> couldn't you wait longer for the second IDoc like 10, 20,... minutes?

Yes,

I don´t know if the two IDocs coming, or one of them.

I have set a timeout of a minute.

Thanks and regards,

Manuel.

Hi Manuel,

In case you are not sure which IDOC is coming first, you can select the property Start Process for both the receive steps. Hence the BPM will be instantiated with any of the IDOCs being received.
