Incorrect status in pricing

Hi all

I am getting this error Incorrect status in pricing while creating a shopping cart just after selecting the product ID ..the error reads The following error text was processed in the system RCQ : Incorrect status in pricing

The error occurred on the application server rafsap32_RCQ_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

How can I resolve this ?

IPC was reinstalled

Hi warona,

Did you check your IPC is active or not???

After that check IPC is running in VMC or not...

After that you can click on simulation of pricing with manual price which is there bottom of the screen, If your IPC is working fine this will give you the correct result otherwise it will give you error message.

Tcode to see this - BBP_CND_CHECK_CUST
