Block Sales Cycle for Customer Marked for Deletion

The requirement is to block the creation of Sales Cycle i.e. Sales Order, Delivery & Billing for all Customer's marked for Deletion across all Sales Areas.

How to go about it.

Give step by step solution.

Hi,

You can block the customer by using T Code VD05 , after doing this creation of sales cycle for that customer will be blocked.

If you have the lists of the Customers marked for deletion.

Then go to Xd05 and block all the customers.

if the lists is huge run a LSMW or a BDC program with the abaper.

Mark all the feilds as block from company code to billing and service
