Can't find the generated web service in Web service administration

Hi experts,

I've created a web service from a RFC enabled function module according to the link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/37/12dd95a22831469a2363d98b19506b/frameset.htm .But I can not find my service in Web Service Administration for SOAP Runtime (you can use T-Code WSADMIN to open it).I don't know why?Could you please help to resolve this question. By the way, my SAP system is ECC6,the kernel release is 700.

Thank you very much for your reply.I didn't use that T-Code to release the web service.

I'm a fresh man to learn web service of SAP WAS. Could you please provide some useful references for me??
