Hi Experts,

What is the purpose of the following task in SRM SC Workflow.

TS10407929, is this to send mail to initiator, approver etc.

If this is just tell me which status it will take

else what is the step to send mail to initiator outlook inbox.

Yes you have to set this radio button as outlined and retest.

Hi Siobhan,

As a continuation to this, is there any problem by setting up SO16 to Send to home address of users? I think it is a global settings and which may route the unwated messages also to the external email address. So what is your opinion on that? Also what is the best way to tackle this issue? Please let me know.

Hi,

Some extra customising has to be maintained in order to have

notifications sent out as an email:

- Set the attribute FORWARD_WI for the requester in ppoma_bbp.

- In SU01, select email as the communication method and maintain an

email address.

- In SO16, select 'Send to home address of users'

Also in the information for customising 'Define nofications', there

is a section which says:

By making appropriate settings in Shared Office Settings

(Transaction SO16) and in Administration of Automatic Forwarding

(Transaction SO36), you can determine that the workflow notifications

are forwarded by the system to external e-mail addresses.

Now, all mails will be forwarded to SCOT with email address,

customized in Trasnaction SU01.

Please maintain those settings in your system.

I have checked in my system.

In SO16 'Send to home address of users' radio button was not set. Is this the problem not able to send the mail to Shopping Cart requestor after completing all the approvals by approvers.

Hi Kiran,

Yes it is the step that sends the mail. But first you need to set up your customising in SPRO 'Define Recipient of Notifcations'.

Process Shopping Cart

Shopping carts may be rejected, approved, changed or deletedRelates to Business Object: BUS2121 Shopping Cart EC (SC)

Called-up notification workflow: WS10400026 SCSendMail ( But it is sub workflow)

Triggered standard task: TS10407929 SCMAILSEND

Possible recipients include:

Initiator of the workflow (called the requester in the case of a shopping cart)

Reviewer

Approver

Hi,

In SPRO - Define receipients of notification, some values exists like

Scenario User Role

Approve shopping Cart Initiator of the Workflow

Approve shopping Cart Approver

Approve shopping Cart Reviewer

Is this Settings are enough to send the Mail to SC Requestor after all approvals of SC(Shopping Cart).

This needs to be closed ASAP.
