PP-QM interface

HI GURUS,

I am working on a PP-QM interface. While creating QM inspection lot i am getting following error:

Error: "The inspection setup for this material in the Quality management view of material master defines an inspection with material specfication and task list. In this case, material specification is available, but a task list could not be found"

I want to know how to assign task list to this material?

Hi,

Inspections for 03 inspection types are set up in the routings and/or receipes.

Inspections for 04 inspection types usually come from inspection plans and/or material specs.

in material master, inspection with task list = 'X' indicator to be set.

for assigning/creating the inspection task list you have to go to tcode QP01

You need to maintain the Usage of the task list in the header which determines the inspection type for which the tasklist will be used.

Hi,

Work center is a place wher operation are carreied out. Ex- Machine.

The task list can create with out planner grp, work center also.

If you use then whereas the performing workcenter and control key will be copied in to the order from task list.

Check in the material master under the 04 inspection type set up. Double click on the 04 inspection type so the settings display in the bottom half of the screen..
