Hi
Eashwar
thanks for your response
Our business requirement is as follows:
A Service Provider for a company should be able to view and change status of the Complaints and General Activities registered in his geographical area and later can assign a Service Technician to the customer.
(The Complaints registered in their Call center which in turn integrated through Mobile Infrastructure to the respective Service Provider)
They are on CRM 4.0 with backend R/3
suggest us how to go about it

And that is a new forum thread question. You may please close this and open a new one. The enormity and context of the subject are totally different.

Hello Venugopal,
You have to maintain XCM configuration for each web application. Since shopadmin is another web application like ICSS_b2b, it requires that you maintain the mandatory components.
The XCM URL for shopadmin is very similar to ICSS_b2B XCM.
http://<host>:<port>/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do
Needless to say, you need J2EE admin authorization to run this.
The mandatory components are:
<li>jco
<li>shop
Just curious. If you are doing ICSS, may I know why would you like to do shop admin?
