Icons for UI-Elements missing

Hallo,

we have a webdynpro with all kind of standard UI-Elements. It is working perfectly in our development environment.

On the customer machine we have a weird problem: the icons on some standard UI-Elements are missing.

Examples:

Dropdown: You see a grey field, which behaves correctly, but the "arrow-down"-icon ist missing

OVS: You see a grey field, which behaves correctly (OVS pops up), but the icon, that indicates it is a OVS is missing.

Tree: You see the tree, but cant see the icon, with which you expand a node. If you hit the correct place (where the icon should be), you can expand the tree, but it is more of guessing.

Anyone an idea what the problem is?

Newest insides:

If I (my webbrowser) access the WD everything is OK. If the customer access the WD we have this weird thing.

So I guess it is a Webbrowser problem?

Hi,

Sometime back, I faced similar problem. With Mozilla web browser the look and feel differed with the IE (e.g alignment of tabs in tabstrip). Even in IE also set the browser advanced settings same. Then it worked fine for us

Advanced Browser Setting -> Show Pictures was the problem

What are the versions of EP, JRE and web browsers?

Just try to match both Web browser versions and browser's settings too.
