Sending message through SO02

Hi All,

I am able to send a message using Tcode SO02 to email addresses, but when I am trying same for mobile numbers its getting failed.We want to send a SMS to any mobile user from SAP using SO02 .Is there

Please help.

Hi Juan,

Thanks a lot for your help, now after doing the required settings and testing the pager service I am getting status message as " Message delivered successfully" but I am not getting any message in my mobile.

What could be the reason behind this?

Hi All,

In SO02 system is showing that message has been sent successfully but we are not getting any SMS, earlier we were using a third party tool for sending a message to customer mobile and vice versa. Do we need to check the 3rd party tool or from SAP side something needs to be done?

Well.. SAP on its own can't send SMS messages... You must have a 3rd party software configured to receive those requests of course.
