It is possible to change the given HTML Template.
Go to transaction SE80.
Select Internet Services in the dropdown box .
Enter the service BBPSOCO01 and press enter.
Now you will see Topic 99, expand it further to get the HTML Templates.
Choose the template SAPLBBP_SOCO_UI_ITS 5000.
On the right side of the screen the HTML editor will open. Press the change button and you are ready to make changes.
Note:
1.You should have sound knowledge of HTML language.
2. Changes to HTML is not recommended as standard.
3. In case of an upgrade all the changes to HTML Template are lost and you need to manually make those changes again.
4. Click on publish button after making the changes in the Template.
